The June celebrations were kicked off by PRIDE in Guerneville, California, a small, close-knit community by the Russian River, surrounded by Redwoods. It is what I call a Treasure Town, and a must see!

Looking at the Solar Eclipse, May 20 in San Francisco

Sheetal Kapani takes a glance at the annular solar eclipse, utilizing special glasses provided by the Academy of Sciences in San Francisco.
About 300 people gathered around 5pm to view the eclipse. It started about 5:16, reached highest visibility at 5:36 them moved on.
Adults and children said it was amazing to experience such spectacle.
