To Fresno By Train.

(Travel) It takes about 4 hours by train if you leave from the Emeryville or Oakland stations. In that time you can read, browse online, write, respond to emails or think while sitting comfortably. It is amazingly a short trip and one ideal way to travel fromt the San Francisco Bay Area to the San Joaquin Valley for business or pleasure.

What I loved the most is that I can see the land and rural California up close. Although the rail system usually goes outside cities and towns, it still gives passenger an outlook to the land we call America. The people at Amtrak both the station agent and the train’s conductor were easy to talk to and the price is affordable. Inside the train, it was clean and modern. I think this is a great option to travel within the state.
