Donald Trump: Who needs Constitution if you have money?

Editorial Page Editor, San Francisco Chronicle. Almost as telling and ludicrous as Donald Trump’s proposal to end the American principle of citizenship by birthright is his means to achieve it. He would not bother with a constitutional amendment to change the 14th Amendment, where the concept is firmly grounded. Too difficult, too messy, too time consuming.
