The Berlin and Beyond Film Festival is Around the Corner – Big Surprises!

(San Francisco) Organizers of the Berlin and Beyond Film Festival 2021, which will take place May 25th through May 30th, have announced this year’s program.

The festival will be mostly online with a couple of surprises for the festival’s aficionados: One of the surprises is the drive-in experience at Fort Mason, and the other is a series of screening at the Vogue Theater.

Some of this year’s featured films are “Berlin Alexanderplatz,” based on the 1929 novel and directed by Burhan Qurbani and “Sisters Apart,” the story of a young German soldier with Kurdish-Iraqi roots looking for her sister still in Iraq, directed by Daphne Charizani. The full line up will be made public on Wednesday, May 5th and tickets for the online screeners and in-person experiences will be on sale on May 7th.

SAVE THE DATE! – May 25th through May 30th.
