(Road Trips) – Located in a town that truly is one-of-a-kind and adjacent to one breath-taking and vortex-presumed mountain, The Mt. Shasta Police Department might have the cutest facade for a police department.
There is more to it, though. Nested in a progressive and forward-thinking community visited by hiking virtuosos year-round, The Mt. Shasta Police Department ought to be nicer, kinder, friendlier than most. To judge by Police Chief Parish D. Cross welcome message in the city’s website, the department strives to serve its residents and visitors. Here it is:
Police Chief’s Welcome
- “The Mt. Shasta City Police Department would like to welcome you to our website and City. The men and women of the Mt. Shasta Police Department are truly committed to maintaining the quality of life our citizens have grown to expect and providing them with respectful and professional service. How this is accomplished is through consistent observance of the Mt. Shasta City Police Department Mission Statement.”
Quite nice, isn’t it?. If you want to take a road trip to Mt. Shasta (the mountain and the town) just take Interstate 5 to Siskiyou County in Northern California. For more information, you may go here Visit Mt. Shasta
