Early Morning Walk.


The hills in San Francisco –seven of them, are great for powerwalking. There is one way to losing weight and that is getting your body to move. 
Early morning is great because it sets your day with heatlhy vibes, and seeing the darkness of dusk fading away is surreal, and it reminds us how wonderful this universe we are part of, is. The fresh air so early invigorates my everything. The sight and sounds of San Francisco waking up is just another wonder.
