Obama announces Targeted Military Strike to Syria, but wait, it won’t be happening right away

President Obama Tuesday, September 10, that he has decided on a “Targeted Military Strike,” against Syria BUT that he has asked Congress to postpone a vote on it until Thursday. He assured there won’t be American troops on the ground, and that this will not be an “open-ended” fight. While Congress decides, the President’s cabinet will continue diplomacy talks with Russia and China. What do you think?
